Hi Folks
Royal Ascot runs next week.
Tuesday to Saturday are the days.
I have had a few emails in asking
if we were planning any sort
of deal or offer for it.
So this morning I quickly cobbled together
a bit of a cheap intro deal for the Full member service
to celebrate Royal Ascot.
Here is the link
Whom might it suit?
Well if you have been on the free newsletter for a while
and are curious about Full membership coming in
for a tyre kick is easier with the cheap week and
cheap month elements of the deal.
Or perhaps you are a major meeting only sort
primarily interested in only the cheap Royal Ascot week?
If so just email me immediately after join up
requesting to cancel future subs.
That would leave you with a weeks membership alone.
Even if pedantically a week from today Friday is next Friday
don't stress. We would keep you in till Royal Ascot fully
completes next Saturday.
Note joining the deal gets you immediate Full member access.
Fast of fingers may even want to log in to read Guy's
racing analysis message for the rest of today Friday.
Join today and you will also of course be
in for this Sat & Sun weekend.
Monday is potentially a day off for Guy.
Well no racing message ( probably ) but instead a day
locked in his Ascot research cave getting ready for Tuesday.
He has already been super busy with his advance research.
One style of advance research he likes to do is what he terms "generic negatives"
Basically trends relative to broader swaths of Royal Ascot races as opposed to
research restricted into a specific race only.
For example here is one such research nugget
for All Royal Ascot handicaps.
************
Go back to 2004
Royal Ascot Handicaps
Any distance
Any class
Horses aged 4 or more
Under 4 career starts
Carrying 9st 4lbs or more
Have a 0-62 record in them
************
He has 29 in total of these for Royal Ascot
and has suggested he will include them
in his Sunday message.
I guess if there is a core simple logic to them it might be
- It is easier to find a winner if first you remove likely losers.
Or I guess if one expands one's vision to say 500 or 1000 races,
tools that help to remove losers can increase long term consistency
and accuracy.
Guy will use them himself over Ascot as one component
of his racing analysis. These generic negatives will assist
with some of the shortlisting. Additional research will then
add to it and shortlist further.
Guys decades of experience racing brain then kicks
in to ponder optimal choices from a smaller shortlist.
Anyhow, No hard sells from me here.
Not a high hype picture of a Ferrari in sight.
I believe Guy's racing analysis work stands out above the crowd.
( There is an old sample message on the deal page )
If you have an interest in the service here a cheap deal for Royal Ascot
is a great opportunity to come test us out.
